ALAN FORTUNE. Co-ordinator. Alan works as a teacher educator at King's College London, where he directs the BA in English Language & Communication and teaches on the MA in ELT & Applied Linguistics. He is researching in the area of collaborative focus on form in SLA, and his interests include pedagogic grammar, materials development and teacher education.

MAIKE GRAU. Co-ordinator. Maike is a lecturer in Teaching English as a Foreign Language at the University of Giessen, Germany. She is interested in the relationship between language learning in the classroom and out-of-school learning, intercultural encounters and English as an international language.

ANA FALCAO. Assistant Newsletter Editor. Ana is an EFL teacher in Recife, NE Brazil. Her current interests include teacher associations, making research accessible to classroom teachers, ICT, and ELT & Special Needs Education.

PETER GRUNDY. A former President of IATEFL, Peter works in the School of Education at the University of Leicester, UK. He is interested in language teaching methodology and in pragmatics.

AMALIA BABYAN. Amalia is an associate professor at Yerevan State University, Armenia, where she teaches Business English at the Faculty of Economics. Her research interests lie in the fields of language transfer and second language acquisition.

SHOSH LESHEM. Shosh is a lecturer at Oranim School of Education and at Haifa University, both in Israel. Her main interests are teacher education, classroom discourse, and the nature of doctorateness.

SHAIDA MOHAMMADI. Newsletter Editor. Shaida has worked as an EFL teacher in Iran and the UK. Her interests include assessment, research methods, materials development and teacher education.

SIMON BORG. Simon works at the University of Leeds, UK. His main research interests are teacher cognition , grammar teaching, teacher education and research methods.
